Hi, I'm Sheetal.

I have been a photographer for 16 years.

After working for my dream VFX studio as a lighting artist for 6 years, I wanted to explore my creativity, grow as an artist, and create art that made people happy.

The Beginning of an Adventure

In 2013, I started my solopreneurship journey as a professional portrait photographer with

  • Zero knowledge of building a business,
  • Creative experience of 6 years and
  • A heart full of passion.

I wanted to empower everyday people—to make them feel seen, celebrated, and confident. This wasn’t just about money or success. It was about sharing my art and uplifting others in ways no one else was doing at the time.

Word spread quickly.

My amazing clients loved their portraits and the empowering experience I created. My calendar stayed booked for months. I charged a premium and I would up sell effortlessly. I moved from my home studio to a larger space, ready to grow further.

Internal struggles

But when momentum slowed, stress crept in. My inner critic took over. I would wake up every day with immense self-doubt as an entrepreneur. This clouded my decision-making and problem-solving.

My health, creativity, and joy suffered.

Even though clients loved my work, my inner critic told a different story. I felt like I was failing when, in reality, I wasn’t. I felt like an impostor.

No matter how hard I worked, I didn't feel enough. I couldn't please my inner voice.

Creativity Healed Me

I knew I couldn’t keep going like this. So, I stopped. I gave myself space to rest and reconnect with what truly mattered. I went back to creating art just for the joy of it.

Through a personal photography project, Stillness by Sheetal , I found the creativity I thought I had lost.

Back to Learning

The biggest gap in our system is that no one taught us how to use our brain, mind and body. At the same time, I immersed myself in learning. I studied neuroscience of creativity, and peak performance from experts like Andrew Huberman, Steven Kotler, and Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. Slowly, I rebuilt my life:

  • Better sleep.
  • Healthier habits.
  • A growth-focused mindset.

A New Way Of Living

The biggest breakthrough came when I balanced both sides of myself:

the Creative dreamer and the Logical planner.

Weaknesses aren't roadblocks, they're skills that are learnable. You don't need to feel stuck, you need a mind that can articulate the next step to take.

I simplified entrepreneurship and built systems to support my goals without sacrificing my health or peace of mind.

Now, I’ve created a new way to work—one that aligns with my values and helps me perform at my highest potential.
